Daily warm-up, off-day strength, and post-throw recovery. This is the arm care work the pitchers who stay healthy actually do, and it is the routine Coach Grady builds into every athlete at the facility. Velocity means nothing if the arm breaks down, so the goal here is simple: prepare the arm before you throw, strengthen it between outings, and help it bounce back after.
Warm-up: Light resistance bands that wake up the rotator cuff and scap muscles before a bullpen or game, so the arm is ready to go on the very first throw.
Strength: Heavier resistance work for off-days and the off-season, building the durable shoulder and elbow strength that holds up over a long season.
Recovery: Post-throw tools to flush the arm and speed up recovery between outings, so pitchers feel fresh when it is time to compete again.
