How the protocol works

  • 01. Connection

    Heavy balls. Slow throws. Trains the kinetic chain to load and unload through the full range of motion.

  • 02. Velocity

    Mid-weight balls at intent. Develops arm speed and clean mechanics with the seamed grip of a real baseball.

  • 03. Overspeed

    Light balls, max intent. Trains the nervous system to throw faster than competition weight.
