If it does not get used by the high school pitchers we train every week, it does not go on the site.

Why every product here gets there honestly
Most pitching coaches teach the way they were taught. Coach Grady does not. Every athlete in the program gets an individualized plan built on data: Rapsodo 3.0 pitch tracking, Trackman, functional movement screens, and biomechanical video analysis. If it cannot be measured, it does not make the program.
The Soft-Shell Weighted Ball Set, the Pitcher Arm Care Bands, the VeloBlast hitting balls, the digital programs, every one of them was built and refined at the facility with feedback from the real high school and college pitchers using them.

About Mike
Mike Grady has spent over 20 years coaching pitchers. He started giving private lessons, grew that into the VIP Off-Season Program (now the largest and longest-running off-season pitching development program in Ohio), co-founded Velocity Sports, and built the GPS Athletics product line that is now sold on Amazon, Walmart, and gps-athletics.com.
Before going full-time on the business in 2022, Mike spent years in the classroom as a teacher and on the bench as the pitching coach at Malone University. He grew up in North Canton, pitched at Hoover High School as a two-time All-Federal League selection, played four years at Ohio Wesleyan University where he won two conference championships, and spent a season pitching professionally for the Washington Wild Things in 2005.
He still lives in North Canton with his wife Lesley and their two kids, Michael and Audrey.
