Coach Grady's Pitcher Arm Care Bands – 2-Level Resistance Set (Warm-Up + Strength)
Coach Grady's Pitcher Arm Care Bands – 2-Level Resistance Set (Warm-Up + Strength)
Couldn't load pickup availability
The arm care work pitchers actually do. Two color-coded resistance levels, a door anchor, a carry case. Pulls double duty as warm-up before a bullpen and arm strength on off-days.
Coach Grady has spent 20 years coaching pitchers, hundreds of whom moved on to college baseball and ten of whom got drafted by MLB organizations. Almost all of them did band work, daily. These are the bands we put in our pitchers' hands.
Two levels, one set:
- Red band (10 lbs). Warm-up and arm care. The one you grab before every bullpen, before every long toss, before every game. Loosens the rotator cuff, fires up the scap stabilizers, gets blood into the elbow.
- Black band (20 lbs). Arm strength. The one you grab on off-days and during the off-season to build the small muscles that keep a pitcher healthy. Decelerators, external rotators, scap retractors.
What's in the box:
- 1 resistance band (Red 10 lb OR Black 20 lb, choose at checkout)
- Door anchor strap (fits standard interior doors)
- Drawstring carry case
- Access to our band-routine video library (link sent with shipping confirmation)
Pro tip from Coach Grady: serious pitchers buy both. Red lives in your bag for daily warm-up. Black lives at home for off-day arm strength. The combo is what keeps high school pitchers throwing through a full season without arm pain.
Who it's for. Baseball and softball pitchers age 13 and up. Catchers and infielders with throwing arm issues benefit too. Great team-bag piece for high school staffs and travel orgs.

FAQ
Which color should I buy if I can only get one?
Red. Daily warm-up matters more than off-day strength for most pitchers. If you can buy both, do.
How is this different from a J-Band?
Similar concept, different price. J-Bands are a great product. Ours are built to the same standard at a lower price and ship with a heavier strength band option (20 lb black) most J-Band sets don't include.
Do you have an exercise routine?
Yes. You'll get a link to our band routine video library with your shipping confirmation. We also walk through the full warm-up inside Grady's Off-Season VIP Program.
Can I use these for non-baseball training?
Yes. Great for shoulder rehab, general mobility, and any rotator cuff work. Most of the pitchers we coach also use them for general upper-body strength.
